Well, South Sudan is a country and they are deemed to get sanctions from concerned International community like USA governments since recent "ethno-group violence" in a Country, which had resulted in mass migration is both regional politics' concern.
Of course, you do NOT have to worry about President Obama ' s series of "Executive order" since he got into presidency. He is our son though, and he just wanted to let his relatives know that they have to live in "problem-free continent" since "Jesus Messiah" era.
